All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and transfer of the order to our fulfillment partners.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Time Estimates

Since globecarty operates using a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our trusted third-party suppliers.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
globecarty is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs authorities.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 3–7 business days to update.

  • Some orders may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.


7. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages.
This is normal for dropshipping fulfillment and does not affect your order status.


8. Delays & Lost Packages

While we work closely with our suppliers and shipping partners, globecarty is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections

  • Force majeure events (weather, strikes, etc.)

If your order appears to be lost, please contact us at info@globecarty.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
globecarty is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for a refund.
